Training you to be a competent jetski rider
Service Description
The aim of the RYA Jetski (PWC) Proficiency Course is to make you a competent jetski rider ensuring you are safe in your marine environment by teaching you both a range of practical handling skills on the water and working through some theory topics on land. Topics such as weather, tides, collision regulations and navigation to help you start making the right decisions as to what conditions to be aware of and where to go. On successful completion of the course you will be issued with your RYA Person Watercraft Proficiency Certificate (Jetski License) which is recognised worldwide.

Cancellation Policy
1. I understand the risks associated with the activity which I am undertaking and am responsible for my own actions and/or involvement. 2. I agree that I will undertake the activity in accordance with the safety rules and will adhere, at all times, to the instruction and advice given to me by the instructor whilst taking part in the activity for the safety of all parties. 3. I must keep within the areas designated by Jetski Training Torquay staff at all times for the safety of all parties. 4. I certify that to the best of my knowledge I do not have a medical condition which might have the effect of making it more likely that I am involved in an accident that could rest in injury to myself or others. I have declared any medical issues on the above section as well as informing my instructor. To the best of my knowledge, I am not pregnant. 5. I confirm that I am not under the adverse influence of alcohol or drugs. 6. I have been made fully aware that Jetski Training Torquay, their directors, employees, suppliers and agents accept no liability, howsoever caused for any losses, damage, personal injury or death occur whilst I am using the facilities of Jetski Training Torquay save for where their negligence in proven. 7. Whilst in control I will be liable for any damage caused and agree that the card used to make payment may be charged to make payment to meet the cost of repairs. 8. The person taking part in the training is 18 or over or 12-17 accompanied by an adult also participating in the course. 9. All participants must be able to swim and water confident. 10. All participants must be able to understand instructions given to them in English. 11. I understand that the course is subject to weather conditions and that the course may be cancelled and rescheduled on discussion with participants for another time by Jetski Training Torquay. 12. Cancellation by the customer made at least 14 days prior to the course date will be refunded in full. Cancellation made after the 14 day cut off will not be refunded.
